Audyt logistyczny w ujęciu inżynierskim. Zakres, procedury, kryteria oceny i przykłady

Streszczenie:
W artykule autor omawia pojęcie audytu logistycznego, zaczerpnięte z audytu finansowego, z wyraźnym ukie-runkowaniem inżynierskim. Procedura audytu logistycznego została przedstawiona w postaci algorytmu z dwo-ma drogami dochodzenia do celu, jakim jest ocena badanego systemu lub jego elementu punktowego czy linio-wego. Algorytm zawiera szereg kroków postępowania: ustalenie kryteriów (infrastrukturalnych technologicz-nych, organizacyjnych i kosztowych), identyfikację stanu istniejącego, identyfikację zadania logistycznego, obliczenie wartości liczbowych kryteriów, porównanie i ocena oraz, w przypadku braku wskaźników standar-dowych, rozwiązanie racjonalne systemu w celu uzyskania takich wskaźników. Przedstawione procedury identyfikacyjne i analityczne są rozwijane w przykładach. Artykuł opracowany został na podstawie praktyki eksperckiej autora oraz pierwszych poczynaniach dydaktycznych

Logistics audit – engineer approach: range, procedures, evaluation criteria and examples

Abstract:
The paper presents the idea of logistics audit, in engineering aspect. The procedure of logistics audit have been presented as some steps algorithm: choice and settlement of evaluation criteria (infrastructure, technological, organization, costs), identification of the investigated logistical system or its element and logistics task, criteria value calculation, comparison of investigated indexes and standards indexes, evaluation of the examination logistics system to see that it is in order. Author described what it means “in order” as to concern logistics system. The audit procedures are illustrated by some real examples. All content of the paper come from author expert practice and didactic experiences
