Analiza porównawcza wybranych metod ustalania parametrów sterujących w modelu zarządzania zapasami wielkością dostaw i poziomem zamawiania

Streszczenie:
W opracowaniu dokonano analizy porównawczej metod ustalania poziomu zamawiania dla wybranych pozycji detali kupowanych w firmie ANGA Uszczelnienia Mechaniczne sp. z o. o. Obliczono parametry sterujące zapasami dla wytypowanych pozycji magazynowych na podstawie danych z roku 2010. Przeprowadzono symulacje sterowania zapasami zgodnie z obliczonymi parametrami, wykorzystując rzeczywiste zapotrzebowanie z roku 2011. Wyniki zostały zestawione z faktycznymi procesami zaopatrzeniowymi, w wyniku czego powstał ranking efektywności metod w zależności od wag przypisywanych poziomowi obsługi klienta i całkowitemu kosztowi zapasu w roku 2011.

The comparative analysis of the steering parameters calculation methods in the reorder point and order quantity inventory management system

Abstract:
In the paper different methods of the steering parameters calculation in the reorder point and order quantity inventory management system were compared and assessed. The steering parameters were calculated for chosen inventory items of ANGA Mechanical Seals Ltd on the basis of 2010 year data. Later on, inventory management was simulated using the real 2011 demand data. The results were compared to each other and to the real inventory management for the items in 2011. The evaluated methods were ranked on the basis of the service level and inventory cost.
