Przedsiębiorstwo pełniące rolę materiałowego punktu rozdziału w łańcuchu dostaw jest odpowiedzialne za synchronizację przepływów materiałowych i budowanie relacji międzyorganizacyjnych umożliwiających skuteczne realizowanie zadań produkcyjnych i logistycznych. Celem badań prezentowanych w artykule jest zidentyfikowanie kluczowych źródeł zakłóceń w łańcuchu dostaw wyrobów hutniczych kierowanych do branży motoryzacyjnej.
