Komputerowy system wspomagający planowanie zleceń produkcyjnych w wirtualnych sieciach produkcyjnych przedsiębiorstw w klastrach

Streszczenie:
Celem artykułu jest prezentacja komputerowego systemu planowania wirtualnych sieci produkcyjnych małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw funkcjonujących w ramach klastrów przemysłowych. W artykule prezentowana jest propozycja metodyki planowania wirtualnych sieci produkcyjnych przedsiębiorstw oraz jej komputerowa implementacja, która pozwala na wyznaczenie dopuszczalnych wariantów sieci powoływanych celem terminowego zrealizowania nowych zleceń produkcyjnych w warunkach występowania ograniczeń kosztowych, zasobowych i logistycznych systemu klastra. Ponadto, proponowane rozwiązanie pozwala na wzrost wykorzystania zasobów produkcyjnych klastra oraz pozytywnie wpłynąć na rozwój zarówno małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw funkcjonujących w klastrze jak i samego klastra.

Computer aided system of production orders planning in virtual production networks of cluster enterprises

Abstract:
The main aim of this discussion is to propose a computer aided method of virtual production networks planning of small and medium enterprises within industrial cluster which can guarantee the formation a network and the realization of a new production order on time and at an acceptable cost, according to logistical constraints (production capacity, transportation, storage capacity, etc). The presented method and it's computer implementation allows the integration of cooperating enterprises, sharing of production capacity of enterprises and the possibility of production order execution. Furthermore, the proper functioning of the proposed system will improve the productivity of the production resources of cluster enterprises and will have a positive effect both on the development of small and medium enterprises belonging to the cluster and the industrial cluster as a whole.
