CSR w łańcuchu dostaw a oszczędność i efektywność

Streszczenie:
Celem artykułu było wskazanie na konieczność wdrażania koncepcji Społecznej Odpowiedzialności Biznesu (Corporate Social Responsibility CSR) w łańcuchu dostaw, podniesienie świadomości CSR wśród MŚP będących dostawcami i pośrednikami w sprzedaży dla producentów dóbr ostatecznych. Opisano etyczne programy możliwe do zaimplementowania w zintegrowanym łańcuchu dostaw. Podkreślono rolę integratora (przedsiębiorstwa koordynującego przepływy dóbr i informacji) we wdrażaniu programów etycznych i monitorowaniu transparentności łańcucha dostaw. Zarządzający zintegrowanym łańcuchem dostaw musi realizować programy etyczne (tj. regularne szkolić, audytować z przestrzegania standardów, rozpoznawać przyczyny zaniedbań i zapobiegać im, weryfikować kodeksy postępowania itd.). Wszystkie te działania i komunikowanie o nich prowadzą do wzrostu konkurencyjności, a zatem osiągnięcie większej skali działania, a w konsekwencji wzrostu efektywności. Rozwiązania wypracowane przez elokogistykę i ich wdrożenia w łańcuchu dostaw pozwolą zaś działać oszczędniej.

CSR in the supply chain - frugality and effectiveness

Abstract:
The purpose of the paper was to demonstrate the need to both implement Corporate Social Responsibility CSR in the supply chain and raise awareness of CSR amongst SMEs who are the suppliers and intermediaries in the sale for producers of ultimate goods. Moreover, the ethical programmes which are possible to implement in the integrated supply chain were described. Also, the role of the integrator (i.e. an enterprise coordinating the flow of goods and information) was emphasized in implementing the ethical programmes and monitoring the transparency of the supply chain. The entity managing the integrated supply chain must carry out the ethical programmes (i.e. provide regular trainings, audit other entities in terms of standards observation, identify the reasons for negligence and prevent them, review codes of conduct etc). All these activities, as well as their communication, lead to the increase of competitiveness and attainment of a larger scale of the action, and, consequently, the increase of effectiveness. The solutions developed through ecologisctics and their implementation in the supply chain will allow for more economical actions.
